I own a video upload site like youtube. When a video is uploaded this message appears. . .

I’m told I need ffmpeg-php installation on my hosting for the uploads to work. Where could i get someone to do this for me, and how much should I be looking to pay for the service.

They said I need to install ffmpeg-PHP on my host in the workload. Where can I find someone to do this for me, and what should I be willing to pay for the service.
